This program is intended for all adults (18+) interested in swimming opportunities. No swim ability is required to join. Our practices include a wide range of abilities and all will be accommodated at their level of skill and comfort. Indoor practices are held each week to work on conditioning and technique, and always include a learn to swim option for beginners. Open water opportunities are available in the summer.
This program is intended to help you reach goals that you set and there is space to pursue a wide range of fitness goals. Many swimmers train for races or other events, and many do not. Maybe you are training for a triathlon, or an open water race. Maybe you never learned to swim until now. Maybe you are a former competitive swimmer or a regular fitness swimmer.
Practices starting June 19th, 2018. Sliding scale donations apply, please pay what you comfortably can. We encourage low income people to participate regardless of ability to pay.
